Shipping Costs

Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped within Switzerland are delivered with applicable taxes included where required.

For international orders outside Switzerland, duties, import taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by Modlóre.

Delays & Lost Parcels

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, Modlóre is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.
